Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. We will confirm access and any instructions before the visit. For a first service, we recommend a brief call or virtual walkthrough.
Is the scent required?
Never. It is an optional finishing touch, not part of the required service. You can choose a note, change it, or always select fragrance-free.
How do I receive an exact quote?
Share your service type, city, bedrooms/bathrooms, date and photos if possible. We will send a written scope and fixed price before you book.
What if something was missed?
Please let us know within 24 hours. We will review the point against the work order and coordinate a reasonable adjustment.
